This 6-month engagement equipped and trained EMG staff with a new set of tools for integrated opportunity tracking, bid/no-bid decision making, proposal management, past performance tracking, and client relationship management. Emerging Markets Group is an established and successful government contractor, and was one of WR’s first clients when the company was established in May 2003. The new business intranet was an ambitious project that came together smoothly – on time and within budget.
