RTC Relationship Marketing helps Berlex Pharmaceuticals market its consumer product lines. WolfeReiter was tapped in 2003 by RTC to implement a web-based marketing initiative for Berlex's YASMIN birth control pill. Paired with a print ad campaign, the site was quite effective in generating a profile of the target market and a significant database of prospects.
To help fine-tune marketing plans, RTC asked WolfeReiter to conduct a follow-up web survey with 27,000 opt-in prospects. Working closely with RTC, we constructed the survey instruments in less than a week and achieved almost a 3% response rate.
Recently, WolfeReiter was again selected by RTC and Berlex to update its online survey and opt-in email fulfillment campaign tools. We worked closely with RTC’s creative team and Berlex managers to deliver targeted follow-up content to thousands of survey respondents who expressed interest in further information.
